Case Presentation: We report circular black discoloration 64-year-old male patient on left side nose within 2 years. was scheduled surgical reconstruction defect using bilobed flap. flap consists two lobes common semicircular base marked around transverse portion nasalis muscle aponeurosis. then removes from triangular peninsula at defect. After removal, moved into placed 5-0 Prolene simple suture. Conclusion: has multipurpose all ways. main benefit this include similarity color texture relative site, ease reproducibility, low complication rates, ability design it different sizes tissue compositions.
